The Irishman Cocktail

Some people think Irish coffee should come in a mug with whipped cream piled a mile high. We think it should taste like something worth waking up for—and maybe calling in late for. The Irishman takes our Confections Of A Chocoholic and gives it a jolt of cold brew, because chocolate and coffee were always meant to get into a little trouble together.

What You Need:

  • 2 oz. Confections Of A Chocoholic (where rich whiskey meets real cocoa)

  • 2 oz. Cold Brew Coffee (the stronger, the better)

  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup (sweet, not syrupy)

  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters (the curveball that makes it work)

What You Do:

  1. In an Irish coffee mug – or whatever’s clean – add ice, Confections Of A Chocoholic, cold brew, simple syrup, and bitters. Give it a good stir, the kind that says, “I’ve got things to do, but not right now.”

  2. For a smoother ride, top it with a splash of our Bourbon Cream.

Rich. Bold. A little indulgent. It’s what happens when whiskey and coffee stop pretending they’re not perfect together.
