This isn’t a novelty cocktail. It’s a full-bodied, chocolate-forward drink built for people who actually like their dessert to mean something. Rich whiskey, warm almond notes, and creamy balance come together in a way that feels indulgent without tipping into over-the-top.
If you’re ordering this, you’re not pretending it’s “just one sip.” And honestly, good for you.
What You Need:
2 oz. Amaretto Liqueur
2 oz. Irish Cream
Chocolate Sauce (for the glass)
Fresh Nutmeg, for garnish
What You Do:
Using a martini glass, drizzle chocolate sauce along the inside of the glass. Set aside.
Add Confections Of A Chocoholic, amaretto liqueur, and Irish cream to a shaker.
Fill with ice and shake well until fully chilled.
Strain into the prepared martini glass.
Finish with a light dusting of fresh nutmeg and enjoy.
Rich, smooth, and unapologetically indulgent, this cocktail lands somewhere between dessert and nightcap, in the best possible way. It’s proof that whiskey can satisfy a sweet tooth without losing its backbone.
