The Silver Sunset is what happens when Silver Sweet Corn Whiskey meets bright citrus and decides to keep things simple until a splash of grenadine shows up and adds just enough drama to make it interesting. And honestly? Indiana sunsets deserve a cocktail that knows when to stay clean and when to steal the moment.

What You Need:

• 2 oz. Indiana Whiskey Silver Sweet Corn Whiskey

• 1 oz. Simple Syrup

• 2 oz. Orange Juice

• Splash of Grenadine 

What You Do:

1. Add the Silver Sweet Corn Whiskey, simple syrup, and orange juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake it like you mean it, this drink doesn’t need gentle encouragement.

2. Strain into a chilled glass with no ice.

3. Finish with a splash of grenadine over the top and let it settle on its own. Don’t stir it. Watching it fall is half the point.
