Silver Sunset (Because not every sunset needs a beach.)

We could’ve dressed this one up with a flashy name and a lot of unnecessary flair, but that’s not really our style. The Silver Sunset is what happens when Silver Sweet Corn Whiskey meets bright citrus and decides to keep things simple until a splash of grenadine shows up and adds just enough drama to make it interesting. And honestly? Indiana sunsets deserve a cocktail that knows when to stay clean and when to steal the moment.
What You Need:
1 oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Orange Juice
Splash of Grenadine
What You Do:
Add the Silver Sweet Corn Whiskey, simple syrup, and orange juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake it like you mean it, this drink doesn’t need gentle encouragement.
Strain into a chilled glass with no ice.
Finish with a splash of grenadine over the top and let it settle on its own. Don’t stir it. Watching it fall is half the point.
This isn’t a complicated cocktail, and it doesn’t need to be. It’s bright, smooth, and built with intention, the kind of drink that looks good, tastes better, and knows exactly when to stop showing off. Sunset served.
