The Peach Palmer takes everything you like about a classic Arnold Palmer and gives it a little backbone. Peaches Be Crazy brings real fruit character and warmth, iced tea keeps it grounded, and lemon brightens the whole thing without overcomplicating it. It’s refreshing, familiar, and just strong enough to remind you this isn’t a country club mocktail. This is patio season in a rocks glass. Easy to sip. Easier to order again.
What You Need:
1 oz. simple syrup
4 oz. iced tea
1 oz. fresh lemon juice (or lemonade for a sweeter finish)
What You Do:
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Add Peaches Be Crazy, simple syrup, iced tea, and lemon juice (or lemonade).
Stir well until fully combined and chilled.
Optional: Garnish with a lemon wheel or peach slice if you want to lean into it.
Bright, smooth, and dangerously drinkable, The Peach Palmer is the kind of cocktail that works at backyard barbecues, tailgates, and long summer evenings that turn into longer ones.
