The Strawberry Blonde (Bright, Sweet, and Not As Innocent As It Looks)

Don’t let the name fool you. The Strawberry Blonde may look light and easygoing, but it’s still packing a proper pour of Summer Jamz underneath all that citrus. Lemonade brings the brightness, ginger bitters add just enough bite to keep things interesting, and the whole thing lands somewhere between refreshing patio drink and “one more couldn’t hurt.”

It’s simple, balanced, and dangerously easy to drink.

What You Need:

• 2 oz. Indiana Whiskey Company Summer Jamz

• 2 oz. lemonade

• ½ oz. simple syrup

• 2–3 dashes ginger bitters

• Lemon wedge, for garnish

What You Do:

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.

2. Add the Summer Jamz, lemonade, simple syrup, and ginger bitters.

3. Give it a good stir until everything’s properly chilled and playing nicely together.

4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Take a sip and enjoy something bright, smooth, and just strong enough to remind you this isn’t just lemonade pretending to be a cocktail.
