The Starburst (Not the Candy, But Equally Dangerous)

We’re not saying this drink tastes like a handful of candy, but we’re also not saying it doesn’t. The Starburst is what happens when bright citrus, a little sweetness, and our Summer Jamz decide to stop pretending they’re subtle. It’s bold, a little playful, and just strong enough to remind you this is still a real cocktail.

Fresh lemon wakes everything up, the cherry adds a little depth, and Summer Jamz does what it does best: bring the flavor without asking permission.

What You Need:

• 1 cocktail cherry

• 1 lemon wedge

• 2 oz. Indiana Whiskey Company Summer Jamz

• 1 oz. simple syrup

• 2 dashes orange bitters

What You Do:

1. Add the cocktail cherry, lemon wedge, and simple syrup to your shaker. Muddle until things start smelling like you’re doing something right.

2. Fill the shaker with ice, add Summer Jamz and the orange bitters.

3. Shake well. Like you mean it.

4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
