The Foundation: Small Batch Whiskeys
This is where it all starts. Our small batch whiskeys are the backbone of everything we do – crafted with precision, aged with patience, and bottled without apology.
'Just Whiskey' Bourbon Whiskey (90 Proof, 45% ABV): Straightforward and to the point – just like us. We made this bourbon the way whiskey fundamentalists do it: no gimmicks, no shortcuts, just pure craftsmanship. Simple doesn't mean easy. Smooth doesn't happen by accident. This is bourbon done right, period. Our signature blend features 80% corn, 10% wheat, and 10% barley, carefully balanced to create a flavor that's distinctly South Bend.
'Just Whiskey' Bourbon Whiskey - Single Barrel (96 Proof, 48% ABV): Same fundamentals, higher proof, more intensity. Each barrel tells its own story, and we bottle them individually to preserve that unique character.
'Just Whiskey' Bourbon Whiskey - Cask Strength (Varies 58-62% ABV): For those who want bourbon without the training wheels. Straight from the barrel, uncut, exactly as it aged. The proof varies batch to batch because we're not diluting it to hit some arbitrary number.
'Rye-Centennial' Small Batch Rye Whiskey (84 Proof, 42% ABV): Our take on rye brings that classic spice and complexity you expect, with the Indiana quality you can count on.
'The Flyover Malts' American Single Malt Whiskey (104 Proof, 52% ABV): Our highest proof offering – because if you're going to sip something slowly while pontificating about terroir and mouthfeel, it might as well pack a punch. Crafted with the same Indiana precision as everything else we make, but designed for the folks who use words like "notes of leather and tobacco" unironically. You know who you are.
Silver Sweet Corn Whiskey (80 Proof, 40% ABV): Raw. Unfiltered. Unapologetic. Our Silver Sweet Corn Whiskey doesn't hide behind years in a barrel – it doesn't need to. Confessions of a Chocoholic (70 Proof, 35% ABV): We'll be straight with you – we're guilty as charged. This is what happens when we take our signature whiskey and infuse it with rich milk chocolate. No apologies. No excuses. Just pure chocolate satisfaction that doesn't sacrifice the whiskey integrity we've built our reputation on.
Breakfast of Degenerates (70 Proof, 35% ABV): We tapped into something special here – literally. Our maple whiskey combines pure Indiana whiskey with genuine maple flavoring sourced right here in South Bend from Lebermuth Essential Oils. Sweet enough for breakfast, strong enough to remind you it's still whiskey.
Peaches Be Crazy (70 Proof, 35% ABV): Yeah, we named a whiskey "Peaches Be Crazy." And yeah, we're fully aware how that sounds. But this combination of our signature Indiana whiskey and authentic peach flavoring from South Bend's Lebermuth actually works. Sweet enough to surprise you, balanced enough to earn respect.
Hoosier Sweet Heat (70 Proof, 35% ABV): Sweet heat cinnamon whiskey – because the holidays needed more fire. This isn't your basic cinnamon whiskey that tastes like liquid gingerbread cookies. We brought the warmth and the bite, perfect for spiking your holiday drinks with something that actually has backbone.
Apple of My Rye (70 Proof, 35% ABV): Maybe Eve was onto something. Turns out the forbidden fruit makes a hell of a good whiskey when you pair it with spicy rye. Smooth apple sweetness meets rye's rebellious kick, creating something that's both tempting and satisfying.
Summer Jamz (70 Proof, 35% ABV): This isn't some subtle hint-of-fruit nonsense – we went full strawberry with authentic flavoring from our South Bend partners at Lebermuth Essential Oils. Mix it into daiquiris, smashes, or whatever fruity concoction your summer mood demands.
Creamy McDreamy (70 Proof, 35% ABV): Sweet citrus whiskey that turns grown adults back into sugar-fueled kids – and we're not sorry about it. This bright, orangey goodness transforms into the kind of alcoholic creamsicles and orange crush cocktails that make you forget you have responsibilities.

Speciality Barrel Finishes
'Just Whiskey' Bourbon Whiskey Honey Barrel Finish (90 Proof, 45% ABV): Are you ready to taste what all the buzz is about? This edition of the Barrel Finished Series is an offering in partnership with Earthling Bee Company. One of our bourbon barrels was used to make a delicious barrel aged honey. We refilled that barrel with bourbon to create a wonderful, subtly sweet, bourbon that is truly the bee’s knees.
'Just Whiskey' Bourbon Whiskey Red Wine Barrel Finish (90 Proof, 45% ABV): This whiskey takes a detour through a red wine barrel, picking up deep, vibrant notes along the way. The familiar warmth of our grain-forward spirit meets soft hints of dark fruit, oak, and a touch of tannin for a finish that’s layered, smooth, and quietly elegant.
'Just Whiskey' Bourbon Whiskey Beer Barrel Finish (90 Proof, 45% ABV): Unaged Corn whiskey into a new, charred barrel makes Bourbon. An imperial Stout aged in that bourbon barrel makes a yummy barrel aged beer. Bourbon finished in that beer barrel makes what you have in this bottle! We have collaborated with Studebaker Brewing Company to create the final piece of our ‘Just Whiskey’ barrel finished series. Get the familiar corn and caramel sweetness you know and love from our bourbon and let it finish with toasted malt and coffee notes from the beer soaked barrel. Cheers!!
Convenience Without Compromise: Pre-Made Cocktails
Not everyone wants to play bartender. Sometimes you just want a good cocktail without the production. We get it.
Old Fashioned (60 Proof, 30% ABV): An Old Fashioned in a can. We know – it sounds wrong. But sometimes convenience doesn't have to mean compromise. Our whiskey, real ingredients, proper proportions. Just a solid Old Fashioned when you want one, where you want one.
Old Fashioned Barrel Aged (60 Proof, 30% ABV): Same concept, but we let it age in barrels for extra depth and complexity. Because even convenience can be elevated.
The Silver-Rita (16 Proof, 8% ABV): A whiskey margarita. Yes, you read that right. We took our Silver Sweet Corn Whiskey and made it work with lime and agave. Turns out our unaged spirit plays surprisingly well with margarita flavors. Refreshing, unexpected, and ready when you are.
The Special Edition: Domer Nation Series
Our limited edition Notre Dame game day bottles deserve their own mention. Each bottle in the 2025-2026 series features hand-written game scores and custom Notre Dame gold wax seals. It's our 'Just Whiskey' Bourbon at 90 proof, but packaged as a season-long celebration of Fighting Irish football.
