This is what happens when peaches get a little ambitious. Fresh basil brings the garden, ripe peach brings the sweetness, and Peaches Be Crazy ties the whole thing together like it was always meant to be this way. It’s bright, refreshing, and just complex enough to make people think you actually know what you’re doing behind the bar.
No complicated tricks. Just good ingredients doing their job.
What You Need:
2 peach wedges
3–4 sprigs fresh basil
1 oz. simple syrup
Soda water
Peach wedge and basil sprig, for garnish
What You Do:
Add the peach wedges, basil, and simple syrup to a shaker. Muddle until the peaches give up their juice and the basil starts doing its thing.
Fill the shaker with ice and add Peaches Be Crazy.
Shake well. Confidently.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, then top with soda water.
Give it a quick stir, garnish with a peach wedge and basil sprig, and enjoy a cocktail that tastes like summer actually showed up prepared.
