About the event
Welcome to Whiskey and Wellness, a series that focuses on health and lifestyle balance in collaboration with Pure Barre South Bend. To kick off the new year we are hosting a pop-up series and inviting you to join us at the Pure Barre Studio and IWC Distillery to advance your wellness journey.
Join us for one, or for all three, of the events hosted in collaboration with Pure Barre South Bend. Engage is a 30 minute introduction class taught by Ashton and co-led by Tesla. Instructor Tesla will then join us for her second pop-up at the IWC where we will transform our tasting room into a studio to bring you Align, a 45 minute class focusing on balance and flexibility. The bonus, and final, class of this series will be a Classic class, 50 minutes focusing on definition of muscles and strengthening through small movements. To sign up, send…
